簡単・迅速そしてフェノール・フリーの精製手順

Absolutely RNA isolation kits は簡単・迅速そしてフェノール・フリーの手順により培養細胞や組織よりRNAを精製します。1つのスピン・カップ を使用することにより、精製途中のRNAのロスを最小限 に抑える事ができます（Absolutely RNA Miniprep Kit は２つのスピン・カップ を使用）。サンプルを溶解した後、エタノールと混合し、スピン・カップにアプライし、RNAをシリカ・ベースのファイバー・マトリックスに結合させます。ファイバー・マトリックスにRNAが結合した状態でDNase I 処理することにより、ゲノムDNAを消化します。結合したRNAを洗浄し消化されたゲノムDNAなどの夾雑物を取り除いた後、適量の溶出バッファーによりRNAを溶出します。このプロトコールは３０分以内で完了します。

Our Absolutely RNA FFPE Kit offers reliable RNA purification from paraffin-embedded samples, with an easy-to-use, optimized, and non-toxic method. Additionally, we have optimized our kit method to remove the chemical modifications to the RNA molecules so that the high yields of unmodified RNA are obtained. Because there is a high degree of variability in working with FFPE tissues, we also include our アジレント(旧ストラタジーン) QPCR Human Universal Reference RNA standard to control for this variability so you can produce meaningful quantitative reverse-transcriptase PCR (QRT-PCR) data. We include all of the necessary reagents from de-paraffinization to elution of pure RNA so there are no extra purchases required.

The Absolutely RNA Kit Method

Pure RNA is Absolutely Necessary for Accurate RT-PCR Analysis Any DNA contamination remaining in an RNA prep can lead to false or misleading analysis. Referring to the gel image, RT- lanes represent DNA contamination. Only the Absolutely RNA miniprep kit gives a true negative result in the absence of reverse transcriptase (RT). The other kits require additional treatment and purification to generate reliable RT-PCR results.
